Currently...

It's that time. Moo ha ha...

Reading
Elizabeth Wurtzel is my favorite author of all time. This advice book was written after her multiple rehab attempts, battle with depression and cocaine and Ritalin addiction, and while she was attending Harvard Law School.
I bought it off Amazon while going through my own downward spiral, but didn't read it until last year while in therapy. The advice in there gave me a new perspective on my life and how I was the only one to determine my happiness and sanity. Some of her advice and chapters, "have a job, have your own money, support yourself" and "be gorgeous" and "in order to get one man off your mind, get another on your body" and "none of the rules matter".
Lusting After

I don't care that he had mistresses, cheated on his first wife with his second, and cheated on the second with random women. David Boreanaz is my idea of a hot hunk of man.

I have been partial to men with very alpha male features; strong facial bones, solid structure, and dark brooding eyes. I think it's the biological imperative of looking for the most suitable mate. Strong features indicate virility and all that jazz.

And I love his characters. :)

Eating

Spinach dip! So not healthy, but SO GOOD.

Drinking

Tequila Sunrise. Fancified. Pretty colors, girly, but can be a mean one, depending on the bartender. It's a bitch to make, so Sunrise etiquette says, DO NOT STIR THE DRINK AFTER THE BARTENDER GIVES IT TO YOU.
Seriously!

Loving
A stock photo of the 2010 Jeep Compass. This is my new car! I'm going to be posing with it and posting pictures like it's a newborn, so just bear with me.
It's the biggest responsibility I've taken on. I pay for college out of pocket, I've held a steady full-time job for many years, and I pay rent and bills. But I did not feel like a bona fide adult until I started hunting for a new car. The whole story will be another post.

Listening To
For years, my favorite band has been The Who. I love the original recordings, from before Keith Moon's death in 1978. After that, a lot of the magic and awesomeness that is The Who died with him. Zak Starkey, the most recent drummer and Ringo Starr's son, was actually taught the drums by Moon, so he's the closest to the purity of the originals.
I put The Who on the back burner of my play lists after I moved from Tampa. I had too many memories associated with their songs that I needed to exorcise before I could listen to the albums again.
So all is peachy again. ROKK ON.
