Glasses

I've been wearing glasses since I was six or seven, and was so thrilled when I got contacts in fifth grade, mostly so I could play soccer without breaking two pairs a season. Over the years I've had the dorky Coke bottle frames, pink cat-eye frames, round Harry Potter frames, and red frames.

For the last seven years I've had the indie black rectangular frames, and I am SO OVER THEM. I can not possibly tell you how SICK I am of them. They worked great with my high school-early college years, but I think (hope) I've evolved and it's time I break down and lay down the cash for stylish eye wear.

But what is 'me' in the optics department? Am I bold Art Deco influenced? Or subtle wire rims? Perhaps horn rims. Or tortoiseshell. How about octagonal?

Or maybe I should just wear my contacts.
