UFF DAH

I need to hire someone to knock on wood for me, all day long.

Personal life aside, October is coming closer! First off, I look forward to all the fall fashion trends and shows and lines. I like to see the new trends, so I can giggle at them or be offended. Some ideas are not to be trifled with off the runways, OK?

Secondly, I LOVE HALLOWEEN. It's one of the best holidays. EVER. When I was a kid, I always had three costumes, and over the course of the night I would switch them out to maximize candy-collection. Being an adult sucks, since my brother refuses to produce munchkins for me to pass the fun on to, so I usually go to the parties and bars. The Halloween parties go on for days, and I like to have multiple costumes still.

What's your favorite holiday? Or, what's one of your Halloween traditions?

  1. Halloween IS the best holiday! It can be enjoyed as a kid or an adult, and you can partake in either the candy/party aspect, or the creepy history aspect of it. Costumes are a must, and homemade ones are best. I think the only tradition my family has is that if you get candy for Halloween, you must lay out your entire stash, organize it then take a picture for posterity before you're allowed to eat any of it. Then you get to be sick for days! (Funnily, this happens as an adult as well - just substitute booze for candy!)
