Ruffled

These OOTD posts make me feel silly most of the time. I mean, sure, cute clothes and making faces for the camera. But the logical part of my brain is rolling her eyes and feeling horribly ridiculous during the whole process. Yay for insecurities!

I have yet to find a way to take my OOTD pics on each day. So far, I mostly take them on my day off. (I lie! It isn't an OOTD. OH NOES!) Although if I wear something super cute out for the night, I'll snap a few quick shots.

(And send them to my TwitPic account. Because I am super-lame! Whoo!)

For today's outfit, I love this dress. I complained and despaired over being unable to wear wrap dresses a while back, because they turn from cute and flirty to Jessica Rabbit. (And, yes, I am drawn that way.)

I ordered it from Forever 21 ages ago, when I was a twiglet university gal, dreaming of becoming a homicide detective. So what if that was just a few short years ago? It still fits pretty good, although I have to wear the cami underneath to keep my ta-tas from cha-cha-ing out the low cut top.

Feisty lil' things, I swear.

I love the shoes because they sparkle! A gal like me can always use a little sparkle in her life. They were uncomfy as hell, because my feet aren't used to being at that low of an angle. I think my calf muscles are shortening, but that is the price I am willing to pay for awesome shoes.

Pardon some of my faces. I was rocking out the The Who (my favorite band EVER, sorry The Grindstone Band) while shooting the pictures. I tend to flail when I'm rokking out in my own one-person mosh pit. Fear my noodle armed wrath!
