I got a cute as hell polka dot skirt from F21 last week, and finally busted it out. Today's temperature was somewhere in the 50s, but I do not care! It is a Saturday! I am allowed to dress cute for housework and internet shopping! So there.
I love this tank. I made it myself, from a WALMART black ladies tank and a couple men's undershirts for the white "flowers" on the neckline. I pretty much followed a mish-mash of directions from My Mama Made It, some sewing catalogues lying around the house, and my own little brain. I haven't washed it, as it is, yet, so I hope I sewed them in tight enough.
Ugh, I'm sorry my bra straps made an appearance in the first few shots. I should really get a racerback bra. Hn.
With such an intricate neckline, I didn't want to wear a necklace. And with such an embellished neckline, you really don't need one. Some cute earrings and chunky bracelet, and tra-la-la! Fancy.
Please pardon my hair, I haven't been to the salon in a while, so my roots are hella long and dark. And I need to trim up my bangs, and freshen up my shag cut. But that's all for Monday! Yaya, chemically colored hair! I love being a woman.
